The 4 Units which make the ELK Highland 4 Village House can be assembled on site by a team of 4 workers, in 3 days. Designed as a family dwelling with an individual unit floor area of 35m2, complete with Shower room and Kitchen / Cooking area, the ELK Highland 4 Village House joins 4 dwellings in one building, enhancing stability, and keeping costs to a minimum.
