The ‘container’ unit system, is one of our most popular designs. This system employs the same construction methods as used to construct shipping containers. The strength of a shipping container is found in the 4 corner pillars, which allows up to 7 units to be stacked on top of each other in a vessel, which in the case of fully loaded 40’ High Cube at nearly 29 Metric Tons, means the bottom container is supporting a combined weight of 174 Metric Tons, an impressive performance. Our units are all constructed to this specification and offer, high insulation properties and manufactured to a high quality finish. Several size options and flexible internal configurations are available. Eight of our introduction 13.5m” sized units can be loaded into 1 x 40’ High Cube container, meaning as a modular system, this one container could provide a usable area of 108m2. Uses can include offices, housing, holiday homes, clinics, classrooms, site offices and workers camp accommodation.

Accommodation Rooms

Each separate bedroom is 6 x 5 meters (30m2), calmly decorated with central overhead and individual bed lighting, electrical points with USB charging ports, and with a comfortable king size or twin beds which can accommodate one or two adults in Comfort. Rooms are equipped with bedside cabinets, dressing table, desk and chair, a comfortable lounge chair, wardrobe, fridge and a kettle. En -suite bathrooms all have showers, hand basins and toilets. All rooms will have a security window with top opening panel and curtains, a mirror and coat hooks, and will be accessible from a 1 meter-wide corridor with a security lock door, on either the ground or first floor.
